Elior / Civil B: A Research Concept for a Curatorial Companion with Auditable Telemetry
This working paper presents a research concept for Elior / Civil B, a personal curatorial companion intended to support human-selected goals through continuity of assistance and auditable telemetry. It positions episodic retrieval, present-state description, capability estimates, and consequence-based updating against selected research on cognitive architectures, self-modeling, relational agents, and skill selection. Present state is an operational description based on information available at the time; in the author's terminology, Present also carries a relational meaning associated with personally meaningful memory cues. The prospective contribution is the integration and evaluation of these requirements in bounded tasks. The evaluation outline calls for capable comparison systems, matched resources, component-level comparisons, and separate assessment of task outcomes, relational experience, user burden, and evidence-based independence. It does not report new empirical validation, establish novelty, or constitute a completed preregistration. This deposit contains an English primary text and its complete Hungarian translation, with editable Markdown counterparts. It does not release implementation code, detailed technical schemas, private conversations, or participant data. The concept and terminology originate in Omri Bankuti's design work.
