Bu çalışmada Lepidotrichum Velen. & Bornm. (Kumbeyazı) Cinsine ait tek tür olan L. uechtritzianum (Bornm.) Velen. & Bornm. (kumincisi) yeniden gözden geçirilmiştir. Türün Türkiye’deki yayılışı, habitat bilgileri güncellenmiş ve bir lektotip atanmıştır.
