Engineering Cosmology: Deterministic Materialist Ontology, Phase Boundary Hydrodynamics, and Combustion Debris Bifurcation

This treatise establishes the definitive mathematical, physical, and ontological foundations of Engineering Cosmology (Version 1.2), a strict materialist and mechanical cosmological model formulated to replace the standard Lambda-CDM paradigm. We reject the mystical hypothesis of the intrinsic-metric expansion of the vacuum from a null mathematical singularity. Conversely, we model the Big Bang phenomenon as an active, localized, exothermic hydrodynamic detonation wavefront advancing into a hyper-dense Precursor Substrate (Sext), formally deducing three-dimensional space as a macro-structural geometric residue of this decompression. In this Version 1.2, we incorporate the Relativistic Doppler Filtering mechanism to explain the Cosmic Microwave Background (CMB) as a purely kinematic consequence of boundary radiation redshift. Furthermore, we demonstrate that upon reaching the phase of macrocosmological stagnation (vfront = 0), the cosmic cycle is closed by a purely deterministic, non-teleonomic mechanism driven by Black Hole Saturation. Macrostructural Schwarzschild black holes cannibalize the remaining baryonic matter, growing and merging progressively until the accumulated internal pressure breaches the exogenous confinement of the precursor medium (Pint > Psub). This critical density imbalance triggers a new eccentric detonation wavefront that launches the subsequent cycle (Un+1). Finally, we define strict predictive alternative criteria for NASA's Nancy Grace Roman Space Telescope to empirically validate this framework via deep field surveys and a strict redshift cutoff for supermassive black holes at extreme depths (z > 15).
