Environmental micro-vibrations and postural control: A falsifiable information-theoretic framework for informational coupling (Phase 0)
This manuscript introduces the DVI research program (Developmental Vibratory Imprint), a falsifiable framework designed to test the hypothesis of an informational coupling between environmental micro-vibrations (1–5 Hz) and human postural control. The evidence architecture is hierarchical, with six levels ranging from physical plausibility to biological relevance. The central quantity is the mutual information between the vibratory field and the postural residual after subtracting endogenous and structural components. The document focuses on computational validation of the processing pipeline (Phase 0) and proposes prospective experimental protocols for Phases I, II, and III. No human data have been collected in this phase; the results are purely in silico and do not allow any biological or causal conclusions.
