Grand Consistency Theory: Synthesis, Predictive Structure, and Research Programme
This paper presents the concluding synthesis of Grand Consistency Theory (GCT), integrating the theoretical and phenomenological structure developed across the preceding papers into a single research framework. Rather than introducing an additional physical sector or repeating earlier derivations, the analysis organizes the theory according to its complete predictive chain, from microscopic consistency and spectral structure to emergent physics and measurable observables. The status of the principal results is classified according to theoretical derivation, numerical realization, empirical accessibility, and requirements for further investigation. Particular emphasis is placed on cross-sector predictions linking fundamental constants, particle physics, gravity, cosmology, and dark-sector phenomenology through a common microscopic architecture. The paper identifies the predictions with the greatest discriminatory potential, distinguishes presently testable consequences from those requiring further numerical development or future experimental precision, and defines the principal open problems of the framework. The resulting synthesis establishes a structured research programme for independent numerical reproduction, phenomenological testing, and observational assessment of GCT. In this form, the completion of the theoretical series marks the transition from framework construction to systematic quantitative evaluation, providing a clear basis on which the predictive scope and empirical viability of Grand Consistency Theory can be assessed.
