Unified Topological Framework for Multi-Scale Singularities and #P-Complete Complexity: ARC, V94-PhaseField, and Rough Operator Algebra
The fundamental limitations of classical computation and classical continuum mechanics manifest prominently in three distinct domains: physical singularities in fracture me chanics, extreme timescale mismatches in glass transitions, and the intractable exponential complexity (#P-Complete) of matrix permanents. This paper presents a unified topological framework that systematically resolves these barriers. First, we introduce Advanced Rough Calculus (ARC) to regularize the crack-tip singularity, allowing macroscopic fracture propagation without mesh explosion. Second, we apply the V94-PhaseField Matter Generator andRough Operator Algebra (ROA) to bypass the Vogel-Fulcher-Tammann (VFT) divergence, enabling deterministic evaluation of glass transition topological states without stochastic trajectory integration. Finally, we map the discrete symmetric group permutations of the matrix permanent into a continuous gauge field manifold via ROA, collapsing the classical O(N2^N) #P-Complete complexity into exact polynomial time O(N^3k). This work mathematically unifies continuum failure, molecular phase transitions, and algebraic complexity classes.
