A Thought Argument for the Non-Existence of Gravitons

Modern fundamental physics assumes that gravity propagates via gravitons at the speed of light and gravitational transmission relies on the flight of mediator particles. This theory contains an inherent fundamental flaw. It is not valid on the microscopic scale while failing on the macroscopic scale. At microscopic distances, the time delay produced by travelling gravitons is extremely tiny and difficult to observe and distinguish, so the defects remain hidden and contradictions are hard to detect. Once extended to the large scale cosmic macroscopic level, the propagation time lag is greatly amplified. The time difference may reach tens of thousands or hundreds of millions of years. By the time gravitons arrive at the target region, celestial bodies have already undergone substantial displacement. Theoretical loopholes are fully exposed and seriously conflict with observational evidence that astronomical systems remain stable over long periods, which proves that the graviton hypothesis is untenable. This paper carries out a thought experiment starting from planetary orbits in the solar system and further extends the reasoning to galactic scales of hundreds of millions of light years. If gravity is transmitted by light speed particles, gravitons require an extremely long time to travel across interstellar space. During this propagation period, galaxies and stars move considerably. Gravitons cannot align with the real time positions of celestial bodies and continuously generate orbital disturbances, eventually causing the disintegration of cosmic structures. Nevertheless, the solar system and galaxy clusters have maintained structural stability for billions of years, which falsifies the assumption that gravity is transmitted by light speed gravitons. According to the theory of the light origin of matter, protons, neutrons and electrons are formed by self locking and confined photons. After matter comes into being, three instantaneous compensatory forces emerge: gravitation, electric field force and strong force. Free photons can only achieve local energy exchange through contact and collision and cannot drive the operation of huge cosmic systems. Only the instantaneous, action at a distance compensatory forces generated after photons are confined into matter can span vast cosmic space, instantly maintain the structural stability of celestial bodies across the whole domain and power the operation of the universe.
