The purpose of this project is to reexamine the physical condition of the existing Sudden Ranch Headquarters buildings that were studied in 2007; to evaluate the buildings, structures, objects, sites, views, and vistas for its eligibility for listing in the National Register of Historic Places (NRHP); and to make recommendations on the treatment of the resources. In addition, the current status of John's House (which is outside the Sudden Ranch Headquarters Area, but within the Sudden Ranch) is briefly mentioned in this report to document its condition.
