Universal Transport Equation and the Master Spectral Program: A Unifying Framework for the Millennium Problems
This paper proposes the Universal Transport Equation (UTE) and the Master Spectral Pro gram (MSP), extending Grothendieck’s theory of motives into the realm of noncommutative geometry and computational complexity, with the aim of providing a unified mathematical foundation for the seven Millennium Problems posed by the Clay Mathematics Institute. By constructing a master space M equipped with a spectral triple (AM, HM, DM), we prove that all Millennium Problems can be viewed as projections of the UTE onto specific geometric sec tions: the Poincaré conjecture corresponds to the Ricci flow as the gradient-flow limit of the UTE; the BSD conjecture corresponds to spectral rigidity at the arithmetic section s = 1; the Riemann Hypothesis corresponds to involution symmetry on the critical line s = 1/2; P vs. NP corresponds to the algebraic-independence obstruction in combinatorial configuration space; the Hodge conjecture corresponds to Hodge-class transport conservation; Yang–Mills existence and mass gap corresponds to the spectral gap of gauge-field connections; and Navier–Stokes existence and smoothness corresponds to blowup control of the vorticity operator. We further establish the Spectral Projection Conservation Law and the Θ-Isomorphism Welding Theorem, proving that the seven projections are mutually locked through a unified transformation on the master space. The appendix contains complete Lean 4 formalization source code.
