MIsCORE–RIUD: Paper V Cross-Representation Regimes and Physical Sectors in Black-Hole Merger Dynamics
MIsCORE–RIUD Paper V begins from the frozen population state/history system and global R40 physical clock established in Paper IV. Rather than rediscovering nodes, paths, states, or the global physical score, this paper asks whether the already-established dynamical object survives changes of representation and temporal support, whether its structural boundary has measurable raw-waveform manifestations, and whether different observational timing regimes expose different physical sectors. The transition-local structural depletion remains a location-specific result rather than a generic gap-strength result. Under the matched search-aware null, generic depletion strength is not unusual (p = 0.99), while gap location, overlap, center-inside, native-zero-step, and zero-straddle tests reach p = 0.01 at 99-null resolution. Finer-grid and extended-support audits preserve the structural boundary without redefining the frozen object. Raw H1/L1 analyses reveal reproducible temporal and spectral manifestations around the frozen progression. In 96 raw-valid events, trigger activity precedes the envelope rise in 75/96 events, a later frozen transition follows the trigger in 91/96, and a frozen transition overlaps the trigger-to-rise interval in 59/96. A 95-event exact join shows predominantly negative detector-frame mass-scaled spectral-centroid change, while a separate band-limited audit shows recurrent relative spectral hardening. These results are retained as cross-representation manifestations rather than as a universal causal mechanism. A known-physics surrogate recovers 82.6449% of the aggregate likelihood improvement associated with the frozen physical clock, but nested cross-validation does not establish a stable replacement for the original empirical coordinate. The remaining 17.3551% is therefore treated only as an unclassified aggregate remainder under the tested surrogate family, not as a new-physics fraction. The 96-event timing population separates into observational regimes A = 74, B = 5, C = 10, and OTHER = 7. All seven exact short-track events are the seven cases with GAP > t0, while no non-short-track event satisfies that ordering, yielding a one-sided Fisher probability of 8.3898 × 10^-11 and a 99,999-permutation result of p = 1 × 10^-5. Branch-local physical analyses then select different sectors: the dominant A branch supports a K5 horizon/remnant plus aligned-spin-asymmetry rate law, OBS16 selects a K2 mass-sector axis, matched GR16 selects a K1 precessional-spin axis, and the B-only audit selects the baseline model. A pure-GR SXS branch retains historical fixed-grid structural outputs, including PATH_FOUND = 10/10, N0→A1→G = 10/10, G→AR = 6/6 among scorable cases, four unscorable cases, and zero illegal transitions. These outputs are explicitly not promoted to native SXS timing equivalence, native physical state chronology, or independent R40 reproduction. Paper V therefore establishes cross-representation structural persistence, observational timing-regime organization, and regime-dependent physical-sector structure around an already-frozen merger-dynamics system, while retaining the global R40 clock as the canonical population law and leaving unique microscopic reduction unresolved. The Paper-V archive contains 425 retained execution/provenance entries corresponding to 243 unique experiment labels. These counts describe the preserved research record and are not statistical sample sizes. Holdout30 remains unaccessed.
