A Calibration-Independent Test of Cosmological General Relativity(CGR) Against Lambda CDM Using Cosmic Chronometers and Redshift-Space Distortions

Building on a companion Pantheon+SH0ES Supernovae analysis, which found no statistically justified preference for Cosmological General Relativity(CGR) over Lambda CDM, and a companion methodology paper, which argued that genuine discriminating power between the two models requires probes sensitive to structure growth rather than to the shared background expansion history, we perform the first stage of that program.

Abstract

Building on a companion Pantheon+SH0ES Supernovae analysis, which found no statistically justified preference for Cosmological General Relativity(CGR) over Lambda CDM, and a companion methodology paper, which argued that genuine discriminating power between the two models requires probes sensitive to structure growth rather than to the shared background expansion history, we perform the first stage of that program.
