Autogenous Room-Temperature Topological Phononic Qutrit Architecture Utilizing Bogoliubov Pressure and AI-Directed Assembly

We present an architectural framework for scalable, fault-tolerant quantum computing at 300 K, bypassing standard cryogenic equilibrium. A localized synthetic vacuum is engineered within a topological Kagome nitrogen-doped silicate lattice. Floquet-pulsed solid-state mirrorless lasers (A-FPTM) drive a Bose-Einstein-like condensate of acoustic quasiparticles, generating outward Bogoliubov phonon pressure that repels ambient thermal scattering. Qutrit logic (|-1⟩, |0⟩, |1⟩) is encoded in the condensate's orbital angular momentum. Electromechanical isolation is achieved via a micro-vascular Universal Dielectric Barrier Discharge (U-DBD) plasma waveguide, acting as an acoustic mirror while permitting squeezed microwave STIRAP control via 3D coaxial Through-Glass Vias (TGVs). To achieve the flawless chiral symmetry required for the defect cavities, fabrication integrates EUV lithography with AI-driven atomic assembly. Abstract
