MIsCORE–RIUD: Paper IV Population Dynamics and a Frozen Physical Clock
RIUD Paper IV tests whether frozen connected multiscale paths across a gravitational-wave event population form a higher-order dynamical system. Using a frozen 99-event development cohort, the analysis identifies a 97-event registered population atlas containing 1,077 nodes and 980 transitions. The resulting system shows recurrent multistate flow, strong PRE/POST asymmetry, re-entry, state-age and run-history dependence, and an executable memory-conditioned forward process with frozen topology N0 → A1 → G ↔ AR. Broad physical-covariate searches and large selected fits are explicitly rejected when they fail leverage or search-aware controls. After the autonomous state system is frozen, a state-first physical score survives full selection correction and acts as a transition-rate modifier rather than defining the topology itself. The frozen rate coefficient is γ = 0.3162354634393393, corresponding to a multiplicative conditional-hazard factor exp(γ) ≈ 1.37195 per unit increase in the frozen score S. The final clock test gives p = 0.004 under the frozen null contract. The paper also separates structural GAP strength from placement: strong gaps are generic under the matched control, while the observed transition-local placement is specific at the tested resolution. Frozen four-view replay retains positive likelihood direction, and Holdout5 retains positive no-refit likelihood gain in all four views. The surviving result is an intrinsic, recurrent, memory-conditioned population state system whose traversal rate carries a frozen source-dependent modifier. Exact microscopic identities for MT or GAP and fundamental Beyond-GR interpretations are not claimed.
