Mathematical Foundations of Constrained $SO(3,3)$ Spacetimes: Part III. The Master Lagrangian, Quantum Limitations, and Geometric Perspectives

This paper synthesizes the extrinsic geometric constraints and algebraic conditions of the SO(3,3) multitemporal spacetime to construct a unified classical Master Lagrangian. By integrating the Phase-Anchor mechanism, the Wunderlich extrinsic curvature penalty, and the Bogomol'nyi-Prasad-Sommerfield (BPS) soliton bound, we formulate an Effective Field Theory (EFT) that dynamically prevents tachyonic instabilities and closed timelike curves (CTCs) without requiring spatial compactification. Furthermore, this paper explicitly delineates the strict mathematical and quantum mechanical limitations of the framework, notably the non-renormalizability of higher-derivative geometric terms, the challenges of absolute quantum tunneling suppression, and the necessity of anomaly cancellation. Ultimately, we propose that despite these quantum vulnerabilities, the macroscopic geometric stabilization of uncompactified extra dimensions provides a viable theoretical scaffolding for future cosmological models and non-perturbative computational physics.
