Draft genome sequence of Breoghania corrubedonensis DSM 23382 T
ABSTRACT We report the genome sequence of Breoghania corrubedonensis DSM 23382 T isolated from oil-spill contaminated beach sand. The 5,331,589-bp genome with 63.62% G + C encodes 4,746 genes. This reference genome will facilitate experimental studies investigating B. corrubedonensis’ s role in oil-contaminated marine environments, particularly oil degradation or resistivity.
