A Systemic Model of Periodic Withdrawal Syndrome Induced by Mucosal Absorption of Seminal Plasma

Abstract:Field observations of a cyclical behavior—including periodic restlessness, compulsivepursuit of condomless rectal intercourse, reception of seminal plasma, and symptom relief,accompanied by functional constipation and, in some cases, localized pruritus as concurrentsignals—suggest that this pattern extends beyond mere sexual behavior. This paperpresents a conceptual six‑layer model to explain this syndrome, for which no equivalentexists in the current scientific literature.
