Relational Accessibility Emergence (RAE): Pre-Result Public Research Record
Relational Accessibility Emergence (RAE) is an independent research program examining a constrained-identification architecture centered on a candidate operator called earliest meaningful structural divergence (Δ). This record freezes the pre-result public state of the project before the next prospective phase. The deposit includes the current paper, public-state statement, presentations, frozen protocol artifacts available in the publication environment, and cryptographic hashes. It explicitly distinguishes the testable methodology from a separate speculative physics lane. This record does not claim that RAE is validated, universally superior, a new law of physics, or a replacement for established physical theories. Known artifact gaps and incomplete experiment states are disclosed rather than reconstructed. We are not asking the world to believe RAE. We are asking them to watch what survives.
