Case series Patients: Female, 4-year-old • Male, 3-year-old • Female, 2-year-old Final Diagnosis: Oral soft tissue entrapment and laceration caused by a motorized electric nail trimmer Symptoms: Lip entrapment; oral bleeding • lip laceration • oral pain • tongue abrasion • inability to close the mouth Clinical Procedure: Foreign body removal by device dismantling • wound irrigation • primary wound closure under local anesthesia • vermilion border
