The information was later confirmed as factual by a Black Hand informant (codename: "Black Hand"), most likely working for the 'United Kingdom of Great Britain and Ireland', in Sawbridgeworth, Hertfordshire, Great Britain, on 21/09/2025 at 16:44.The investigator presents here an explanation of the document sequence contained within the CEL document, ''Black Hand Information: World War Three, Motives": https://www.academia.edu/125525396/MOTIVES_FOR_WW3, DOI: 10.5281/zenodo.22305224. He drew on his cultural experience to put together a sequence of documents to illustrate the Black Hand's conspiracy to start a third world war.The investigator employed this method to elicit 'tells' from the informant as to whether the investigator's understanding of the plot was correct, based on what the informant had already said. The informant found details in some of the videos funny, as they closely resembled the Black Hand's thinking, mindset, and plan. The fact that the informant immediately understood what the videos and other documents were implying, and the reason the investigator had included them, indicated to the investigator that the informant had, indeed, the insider knowledge they claimed to have. The informant confirmed that the plan illustrated by the documents is the Black Hand's plan.A Black Hand source confirmed in the UAE in 2024 that the investigator had correctly understood the Black Hand's conspiracy to start a third world war, events that would occur in that war, the Black Hand's thinking and motives, and the terrible future that the organisation plans for the 500,000,000 people that would survive, should its plot be successful.
