Reality Initiation, Admission and Entry as Distinct Governed Transitions

This paper develops a governed transition model in which reality initiation, domain candidacy, target selection, admission, consent, authority, readiness, entry authorization and entry are treated as distinct determinations rather than collapsed into a single start event. Initiation creates or recognizes an accountable episode candidate. Admission determines domain- and consequence-calibrated legitimacy and eligibility. Readiness evaluates current state, while entry activates situated participation within a bounded Entry Envelope. Consent and authority remain independently sourced where both apply. A purpose-fit, freshness-bounded baseline supports readiness assessment, change description and recovery planning without, by itself, establishing causal attribution. A scoped, expiring and revocable Entry Token carries the admitted envelope without enlarging authority. The framework also distinguishes continuation, re-entry, novel entry, nested entry and cross-domain transfer using continuity, material change, residual obligations and authority regime. The paper presents a Reality Access, Traversal and Initiation Science (RATIS) integration and testing architecture. It does not claim invention of the component mechanisms, universal legal semantics, fixed gates for every domain, or empirical superiority. The accompanying reproducibility package reports 6,144 deterministic synthetic cases across twelve registered propositions. Eleven propositions received bounded executable or worked-analytic support; the route-classification proposition remains reproduction-pending. These results demonstrate declared model behavior only and do not establish external novelty, causal advantage, population efficacy, universal safety, deployed performance or comparative superiority. This release contains the canonical DOCX, the same-source publication PDF and the finalized R4 reproducibility package.
