A System-Theoretic Potential Analysis of the Four-Color Theorem: The 1.33-Safety Valve Framework and Immediate 3-Color Degeneracy
This paper presents a novel topological framework for the Four- Color Theorem, establishing an information-theoretic”Risk versus Po- tential” balance equations model on planar networks. By quantifying external adjacent blockingconstraints as fractional values, we calcu- late the remaining degrees of freedom within a bounded configura- tion.Using a critical cross configuration consisting of four distinct color blocks as our empirical model, we mathematicallydemonstrate the mathematical impossibility and immediate system collapse in a 3- color universe, while showing how a4-color universe preserves a ”1.33” residual freedom capacity, serving as an indestructible safety valve forself-contained switching protocols.
