Geometric Standard Model: Part V. Topological Surgery, CKM Projections, and the Electroweak Mass Hierarchy
Building upon the constrained 3+1+2 multitemporal metric, this paper reconceptualizes the weak interaction as "Topological Surgery"—the physical severing and reconnecting of fractional topological segments. By strictly applying 3D spherical orthogonal projections to the established geometric surgery probability (2/9), we derive the transition amplitudes of the CKM matrix (V_{us}, V_{cb}, V_{ub}) without empirical parameterization. Furthermore, the intrinsic chirality of fractional twists yields a pure geometric CP-violating phase of \delta_{CP} = \pi/3. Finally, evaluating the geometric tension of these surgeries exactly derives the W/Z boson mass ratio as \sqrt{7}/3, proving that the weak interaction and flavor mixing are deterministic macroscopic shadows of multitemporal knot reconnections.
