Residual Causal Information After Complete Decomposition: Multi-Channel Constraints & Structure Recovery

This preprint examines whether complete decomposition necessarily eliminates every recoverable physical constraint about a prior organism, or whether distributed residues and environmental modifications can preserve measurable retrodictive information across distinct physical channels. It distinguishes destruction of the original carrier from total causal-information loss, separates practical from principled failure, and frames the problem using conditional residue distributions. Next scientific experiment: Cellulase-based paper degradation will be used as a simplified, controlled analogue of enzyme-mediated material breakdown in natural decomposition. The comparison is limited to this general mechanism; the enzymes, substrates, reaction networks, and biological conditions differ, so the experiment should not be interpreted as a complete model of natural decomposition. Version 0.1 — Preliminary and Incomplete Work. This preprint presents an early-stage work in progress, and the paper has not yet been completed. Its arguments, experimental design, analysis, and conclusions remain subject to revision, expansion, and further validation. It does not demonstrate biological recovery, brain reconstruction, memory or personality survival, resurrection, or consciousness persistence. Numerical replication and complete-carrier-loss experiments have not yet been completed and are planned for future versions. Abstract

AI-use disclosure: Artificial intelligence tools were used to assist with drafting, language refinement, structural organization, formalization, critical review, and LaTeX/PDF preparation. The conceptual direction, selection of claims, final revisions, and ownership of the content remain with the author.
