Column: Is this the Ugliest Library in the World?

On a recent trip to Pristina, the capital of Kosovo, LIM's Co-Editors paid a visit to a library that some believe is one of the ugliest buildings on the planet. But whatever we thought of the outside – and it's fair to say opinions were split – there is certainly plenty of interest for librarians within the National Library of Kosovo.
