VNAGY — Modular Offline‑First Security Doctrine

This document defines the VNAGY AI Isolation Policy, a core component of the offline‑first security doctrine. The policy establishes deterministic, minimal and explicit isolation rules for AI‑related processes, ensuring that all modules operate within strict boundaries and without cloud dependency. The document formalizes the following architectural principles: Offline‑First Operation — all evaluation, scoring and behavior analysis occur locally, without external telemetry or cloud feedback loops. Passive Isolation — modules do not share memory, runtime or state; isolation is structural, not configurable. Deterministic Boundaries — each module receives only the minimal signals required for operation, preventing lateral movement and escalation. Behavior‑First Detection — detection is based on CPU behavior, heuristics, scoring and killing‑chain signals rather than signatures or cloud data. Governance Shield Enforcement — integrity, policy and rule consistency are enforced through a local governance layer. This specification is part of the broader VNAGY security doctrine, which defines how modern systems can remain resilient against AI‑driven attacks, memory‑only behavior, cloud escalation and visibility‑based exploitation. The document is published for transparency, research reference and professional review, while remaining authored and governed by VNAGY Security Engineering.
