The Parmenides Principle: Information-Theoretic Monism and the Architecture of Non-Linear Free Will
This paper introduces The Parmenides Principle, a comprehensive, non-materialist cosmological framework that unifies analytical idealism, quantum mechanical monism (Many-Worlds formulation), and fundamental field theory. By synthesizing Parmenidean changelessness with an information-theoretic definition of consciousness—conceptualized as an emergent "Gödel-glitch" operating through Daniel Dennett's paradigm of user-interface biology—this framework provides a robust solution to classical physicalist determinism. We propose that physical spacetime and mass are local constraints generated by the Higgs field ("The Materialization Interface"), while the absolute universe is a static, multi-dimensional infinitude. Within this paradigm, conscious free will is mathematically formulated not as a localized physical force, but as a non-linear navigation vector across a timeless information fractal.
