Sperm analysis report management: An autonomous AI-based system for managing reports and analyzing human Sperm's reproductivity

This paper presents the Sperm Analysis Report Management (SARM) system, a novel platform engineered for the automated analysis of human sperm fertility and the efficient management of corresponding assessment reports. Designed to address the limitations of traditional manual semen analysis, SARM integrates advanced image processing and analytical techniques. The system is versatile in its input modalities, capable of processing real-time video streams from microscopic observations or pre-recorded video files of semen samples. During operation, SARM quantitatively assesses sperm concentration, precisely tracks individual sperm motility patterns, and systematically classifies morphological abnormalities. The culmination of this analysis is a comprehensive sperm analysis report, meticulously generated in accordance with established World Health Organization (WHO) guidelines, encompassing detailed evaluations of sperm concentration, motility, and morphology. The SARM system distinguishes itself through its intuitive usability and its capacity to yield accurate preliminary results, even when presented with samples that have not undergone extensive pre-processing, thus offering a significant advancement in diagnostic efficiency and reliability.
