The Algorithmic Antivirus: Selection Coefficients, Network Scaling, and Cognitive Acceleration Under Systemic Information Stress

This paper expands the Layered Script Theory by modeling localized neurodivergent phenotypes (specifically autism) not as arbitrary evolutionary anomalies, but as structural system overrides—an "algorithmic antivirus" deployed by the biological substrate to navigate acute informational bottlenecks. We analyze the mathematical dynamics of this phenotypical acceleration using Haldane’s Selection Equation to track adaptive frequency shifts under acute environmental stressors. Furthermore, we leverage Metcalfe’s Law to model the quadratic acceleration of knowledge transmission across contemporary open-source networks. We demonstrate that under systemic information saturation, the human network automatically triggers a compressed, recursive optimization script that forces subsequent generations to initialize their local operating systems with pre-compiled datasets, causing rapid cognitive acceleration.
