Imam Al-Ramli's fundamentalist preferences in the discussions of speech، meaning، explanation، and consensus: an analytical study through the goal of hope

This research aims to show what Imam Al-Ramli’s mind has produced in his commentary on Al-Juwayni’s “Warakat Al-Usul”، in which he chose fundamentalist choices، after presenting the disputed opinions، and supported what he chose with evidence for it. The researcher chose one model from these choices، in each fundamentalist chapter. The research aimed to define each choice، while presenting the origin of the disagreement and clarifying the point of dispute، with a statement of the text that indicated Shams Al-Ramli’s choice. The research came in an introduction، four chapters، and a conclusion، and under each chapter there are demands.
