Nonlinear Vacuum Medium Model: A Falsifiable Nonlinear Substrate Test Realization for Emergent Physical Correspondence

The Nonlinear Vacuum Medium (NVM) Model is a falsifiable nonlinear-substrate research framework investigating whether effective particles, fields, quantum behavior, gravitation, and spacetime geometry can emerge from the organized dynamics of a deeper continuous physical medium. This September 2026 revision develops NVM as an explicit test realization rather than solely as an ontological reinterpretation. The manuscript specifies the model’s field content, nonlinear dynamical structure, topological sectors, stability requirements, characteristic geometry, correspondence conditions, and numerical testing program. Stable particle-like identity is formulated through the dynamical persistence of organized regimes rather than requiring exact microscopic recurrence of the underlying substrate. The framework is constructed under the requirement that established physical theories be recovered within their experimentally validated domains. Quantum, relativistic, electromagnetic, and gravitational correspondence therefore constitute constraints on the model rather than optional interpretations. The purpose of the framework is not merely to provide an alternative conceptual description of established phenomena, but to determine whether a deeper nonlinear substrate model can be formulated mathematically, tested computationally, and ultimately distinguished experimentally from existing effective theories. The research program proceeds from the formulation of the model, through evaluation of its mathematical consistency, numerical realization, and correspondence with established physics, to the derivation of differential predictions and their experimental testing. The resulting evidence then determines whether the model should be retained, revised, or rejected. NVM is not presented as experimentally established physics. Its scientific status depends on mathematical consistency, successful numerical realization, recovery of required correspondence limits, and ultimately the derivation and testing of quantitative differential predictions capable of distinguishing the model from established theories. This manuscript supersedes the earlier August 2026 public manuscript and represents the revised September 2026 formulation of the Nonlinear Vacuum Medium research program.
