Future Ethical Leader

Future Ethical Leader™ is a BGC standard developed by the Centre for Research, Standards & Human Integrity of Britannia Global Certification Services as a practical, evidence-based framework within the category “Youth”. It is designed to demonstrate, strengthen and continuously improve the capabilities associated with Future Ethical Leader. Assessment is carried out through portfolio, simulation and interview, with emphasis on verifiable evidence, practical implementation and measurable improvement. The standard follows the seven BGC pillars—Understand, Lead, Identify, Prevent, Act, Verify and Improve—and the BGC I-MAP™ pathway: Discover, Map, Build, Act and Improve. Results are classified through the BGC TIER model, from Development Stage to Global Leadership. The scheme is private, voluntary and independent and must be applied in accordance with applicable law.
