N-Phosphorylation of 1(2)-Substituted 5-Aminotetrazoles

Abstract A series of new diethyl (1H-tetrazol-5-yl)phosphoramidates was prepared by reacting diethyl chlorophosphate with 1- and 2-substituted 5-aminotetrazoles. The structure of the obtained compounds was proven by 1H, 13C, 31P NMR spectroscopy and mass spectrometry data.
