Which Side of the Hubble Tension? A late registration of a conditional low-H0 prediction
This note late-registers a conditional resolution of the Hubble tension. A frozen finite-record calculation gives H0 = 67.255401924 km s-1 Mpc-1 from the measured proton mass and a dimensionless service ledger, without using an observed cosmological quantity as an input. The registration is explicitly data-exposed, not blind. Its proximity to the Planck inference earns zero retrospective credit, while SH0ES and the 2026 H0 Distance Network value are disclosed as adverse evidence. The only forward-credit-bearing claim concerns a future coherent cross-route resolution. Exact support, low-side point falsification, high-side falsification, premise failure and inconclusive outcomes are frozen separately. The deposit includes the PDF, LaTeX source, bibliography, compiled bibliography, machine-readable registration and its source-bound verifier.
