Sequencing data of 24 medicinal plants
In this study, the next-generation sequencing technology was used to sequence 24 medicinal plants collected on the campus of China Pharmaceutical University, and the original sequencing data were successfully obtained. The plants investigated represent different traditional medicinal groups, including trees, shrubs, and herbs commonly found in the Chinese Pharmacopoeia. These data include both common and rare medicinal species, covering multiple families and growth forms. The obtained sequences provide valuable genomic resources for the molecular identification of medicinal plants. This dataset will serve as a reference for future studies on plant taxonomy and conservation of medicinal resources.
