Scaleval — Appreciation and Potential Measurement Protocol (v2)

This version builds on the founding document (v1) by formalising the protocol’s operational mechanisms: the appreciation unit (the bill), the calculated metrics (Potential, Cumulative Potential, Conviction Rate), the economic grammar of the system, the inter-Potence conversion mechanism (SES), status titles, and the Scaleval Time module — a core component of the protocol. It also provides, in response to several critical analyses, a rigorous formulation of what the protocol actually measures — calibrated appreciations, never potential itself in any objective sense — through a five-step cycle running from appreciation to the observed future outcome. This version remains a working paper; several mechanisms remain core.
