Majax Messenger, Beyond End-to-End Encryption. Five ML-KEM-1024 Engines Supporting a Renewable Cryptographic Architecture

Majax Messenger presents a secure messaging architecture built around defense in depth, non-residency of messages, cryptographic domain separation, daily key rotation, and five independent ML-KEM-1024 engines dedicated to messages, voice, media, real-time calls, and device identity. The system combines authenticated transport, the Maurice HMAC-based request protocol, Signal session dynamics, authenticated symmetric encryption, and post-quantum key encapsulation. This white paper describes the public architecture, measurable security properties, controlled transition between cryptographic epochs, and benchmark results while deliberately withholding operational secrets and attack-enabling implementation details. The deposit contains the English reference edition and a complete French translation. A public single-engine ML-KEM-1024 demonstrator now complements the paper at https://github.com/MajidNIMAR/majax-mlkem1024-demo. It provides source code, a Docker source build, ephemeral test keys, reciprocal encapsulation and decapsulation, negative tests, verification scripts, security documentation and SPDX SBOM generation. The demonstrator is isolated from the operational Majax architecture and is not presented as an audit or certification.
