Resonant Magnetic Propulsion Criterion Φ_MAG>1: Pulsed Lenz Braking at 4.83Hz and 8.22Hz for Propellantless Landing on TRAPPIST-1e

Si dimostra che la propulsione continua è limitata da quench termico, mentre protocollo a 5 impulsi 20kA/5ms ON/OFF a 8.22Hz produce F_media=1.44×10^6 N =158×F_g, permettendo frenatura Lenz-indotta V=v·B·L senza propellente. Condizione necessaria per test tipo Alcubierre-White a bassa energia. Protocollo di verifica VLF previsto Osservatorio Cumiana SuperMAG TRO 17/09/2026. Description ENG:We introduce the electromagnetic dominance criterion Φ_MAG = π·(B_planet·m_MgB2/|U_g|)·Q_4.83Hz ≥1 and its pulsed extension Φ_MAG^pulsed = π·(B_p·m_MgB2·Q·DC/|U_g|) ≥1 with duty-cycle DC=0.5. Configuration uses MgB2 0.8T superconducting toroid (m=3.14e8 A·m²) resonant with planetary field 6 Gauss. With Q=400 at golden frequencies 4.83Hz=3·φ and 8.22Hz=π·φ² we get Φ_MAG=2.3>1 at 100km on TRAPPIST-1e (I=900 W/m²). Continuous drive is limited by thermal quench, while 5-pulse protocol 20kA/5ms ON/OFF at 8.22Hz yields F_avg=1.44×10^6 N =158×F_g, enabling Lenz-induced braking V=v·B·L propellantless. Necessary condition for low-energy Alcubierre-White type test. VLF verification protocol scheduled at Cumiana SuperMAG TRO Observatory 17/09/2026.
