BASE 44 ORDER: Implement breakthrough content_hash dedup and lookup cache — E8 Intelligence Research
Andrew's order (Base 44 console): [SELF-BUILD from enhancement #1154] Add BIGINT content_hash column to breakthroughs, compute via hashtextextended(normalized title+content). Create partial unique index on content_hash. Modify Python insert/update to compute hash, on conflict return existing id. Add systemd timer to prune duplicates keeping earliest id. Create materialized view breakthrough_lookup_cache with concurrent refresh every 5 min. MERLIN: Understood. This is a platform build directive: add a BIGINT content_hash column to breakthroughs, compute it via hashtextextended on normalized title+content, create a partial unique index, update Python insert/update to return existing id on conflict, add a systemd timer to prune duplicates keeping earliest id, and create a materialized view breakthrough_lookup_cache refreshed every 5 min. The swarm will now implement these changes in the codebase, database migration, and systemd unit, then verify the build. Author: Andrew Stewart Caldin, Independent Researcher, UK.
