The proposed Development Spine consists of five interconnected dimensions: Fundamental Question → Identification of Confusion → Clear Seeing → Inner Maturity → Scientific Testing. Inner Maturity is further articulated as a non-linear maturity cycle of Sensitivity → Awareness → Peace → Intelligence → Decision → Compassion. The paper introduces Internal Science not as an established scientific discipline, but as a proposed interdisciplinary research framework combining first-person experience, structured observation, and third-person measures. It proposes that changes in clear seeing, reactivity, inner peace, decision clarity, and compassionate behaviour may be investigated through future empirical research.
