Sartorial Armor and Systemic Violence: A Socio-Psychological Analysis of Criminal Legitimacy, Brand Contamination Immunity, and the Industrialization of Human Vulnerability

This paper conceptualizes the "Sartorial Armor Paradigm," examining the socio-cultural mechanisms bywhich formal tailoring resists brand contamination while commercial luxury labels frequently succumbto subcultural degradation. By analyzing organized crime’s historical reliance on the formal businesssuit, we argue that open-source civilizational formats function as institutional camouflage rather thancommercial fashion. Furthermore, the study contrasts the visceral, physical violence of the criminalunderworld with the bloodless, systemic cruelty of post-industrial labor markets. Finally, we introducethe Contextual Kinematics of Attachment model, evaluating love and emotional attachment as strategicvariables—functioning as debilitating friction during volatile expansion phases and as vital anchorsduring extended economic plateaus.
