Capitalization Bus Theory (CBT) V3.54: Time, Cash Flows, Discount Rates, and Boundaries from a Human-Centric Perspective
Abstract (English) Capitalization Bus Theory (CBT) V3.54 presents a human-centric analytical framework for translating economic and social phenomena into Free Cash Flow (FCF), discount-rate structures (r-structure), Property Rights & Boundaries, and Buses. It begins from three axioms—purposeful action, finite and irreversible time, and property & boundaries—and uses Economic Present Value (EPV) as a common coordinate for analyzing how expected future cash flows are generated, discounted, allocated, and constrained across individuals, firms, cities, and nations. V3.54 further distinguishes the Generation Domain from the Capitalization Domain through the Domain Gate and the Bus Generation Interface. It introduces the Proto-Bus, Effective Death Conditions, A/B/C validation tiers, the Proto-Bus Genealogy Ledger, the Hard Budget Constraint as a selection mechanism, and the Zombie State. It also retains and refines the R-I-S-C Hierarchical State Map, Capability Bus, Happiness Bus, and the Discount-Rate Scissors Gap (Δr). CBT is intended as a cross-context translator and structural diagnostic framework rather than a substitute for microeconomics, macroeconomics, corporate finance, accounting, or short-term price forecasting.
