The article examines the factors of the external environment that affect industrial companies in Russia. It studies the impact of economic, technological, market, and political changes, as well as transformations in the competitive environment. In addition, the article presents an algorithm for flexible and adaptive marketing planning in companies, developed taking into account current market conditions and enabling a quick response to changes in conditions of uncertainty.
