Primary Logical Infrastructure (PLI) Addendum: Mathematical Formalization and Syntactic Expansion

This document serves as a formal mathematical addendum to the foundational framework established in the primary treatise (Sottosanti, 2026). While the original manifesto delineates the ontological and semantic boundaries of the Primary Logical Infrastructure (PLI) under Ontic Structural Realism and Computational Monism, this paper introduces the rigorous mathematical syntax required to govern the system’s non-continuous boundary conditions. By translating macroscopic cosmological transitions into discrete graph-theoretical opera- tions and applying a generalized cosmic interpretation of Landauer’s Principle, a closed algebraic cycle is established. This quantitative model regularizes and completely resolves both gravitational and cosmological singularities without relying on fundamental continuous metric assumptions.
