Boundary–Kernel: the Muon Dressing and the Pion Clock as Two Readings of One Complex Transport Residue
The observable world is the image of a finite-rank projection; couplings are responses of the projection kernel. This paper treats the kernel sector responsible for the charged pion and the muon as the two quadratures of one complex transport residue of the 7→5 passage. The real quadrature is assigned to the pion clock; the imaginary quadrature is the single dressing admitted by the lepton residual sign pattern. The undressed τ/e ratio is an internal control. Swapping the quadratures worsens both residuals and is retained as a negative control. The functional form of the muon dressing is a choice made at the readout and then tested, not derived from the transport. Until that form is derived, the muon result is quantitative compatibility under a stated form, not a first-principles prediction. Falsifiers are printed in the manuscript.
