MIsCORE–RIUD: Unknown Physics in Black-Hole Mergers — From Undiscovered Residual Structure to Integrated Merger Dynamics

RIUD (Residual Is Undiscovered Data) is a residual-first observational framework for retaining, localizing, testing, and progressively classifying structured post-model data before assigning a physical origin. Together with the broader MIsCORE discovery framework, Papers I–V trace a sequential research lineage from recurrent local morphology and connected multiscale paths to raw-strain support, control-native shared dynamics, a population-level memory-conditioned state system, event-internal registration, a transition-local structural GAP, and a frozen source-dependent transition-rate clock. The canonical development population contains structural paths in 98/99 events, with 97 events forming the main dynamical map (1,077 nodes, 980 transitions) and 96 entering the frozen physical-clock analysis. The recurrent topology is N0 → A1 → G ↔ AR. The frozen physical coordinate S modulates the established state/history hazard through η = η0 + 0.3162354634393393 S, corresponding to a rate multiplier of 1.37195326243019 per unit S. The frozen direction is supported by search-aware null tests, four development-map replays, and a no-refit Holdout5 validation. Paper V further identifies observational Timing Regimes A/B/C and branch-local K5, K2, and K1 physical sectors. This record contains the integrated Papers I–V volume and the R3 Papers I–V SXS scope-corrected numerical companion. The SXS inputs are source-native pure-GR numerical-relativity data, while the historical RIUD timing/state replay used a frozen detector-style grid rather than a validated native SXS temporal map. The retained historical fixed-grid results are PATH_FOUND = 10/10, N0→A1→G = 10/10, and G→AR = 6/6 among scorable cases, with four unscorable cases and no true failures among the scorable cases. Native SXS intrinsic progression, physical state chronology, Timing-Regime identity, physical G↔AR re-entry, and independent R40/S clock reproduction are not established. The original R1 release is retained as historical provenance. The generating microscopic mechanism remains unresolved, and the results do not establish a violation of general relativity, Beyond-GR physics, quantum gravity, or a new fundamental interaction. Holdout30 remains untouched and reserved for external independent validation. The companion preserves the frozen Paper IV execution chain, numerical outputs, manifests, SHA-256 records, lineage metadata, Paper V follow-up branches, and verification assets, but is not a complete raw-to-final reproduction archive; large public GWOSC inputs, full runtime intermediates, and the complete historical executable archives for Papers I–III are not included.
