TUM : CROSS-SCALE DUALITY BETWEEN MACROSCOPIC CLIFFORD GEOMETRY AND NON-HERMITIAN SPECTRAL OPERATORS - Zero Free Parameters Framework - Authoritative Version v1.1
We present a rigorous unified framework bridging macroscopic space-time geometry and microscopic spectral dynamics, eliminating arbitrary free parameters. By mapping the Cl(8,0) macroscopic metric constraint (sin2+cos2=1) from the Time-Unity Theory (TUM) to a non-Hermitian information-geometric framework, we demonstrate that information flow acts as the exact spectral shadow of macroscopic Clifford space. Crucially, we prove that Non-Hermitian Exceptional Points (EPs) emerge natively at the critical threshold sin2=cos2=0.5, where the self-measurement Jacobian becomes non-diagonalizable. Master Action: S_TUM[Ψ] = ∫ d4x √-g [L_geom + L_int] Gamma_eq = 0.8470 Omega_Lambda = 0.6803 derived from Cl(8,0) This establishes a formal mathematical duality: Geometry (TUM) ↔ Information (SCCI).
