Noosphere as the Acceleration of Kairos-Time in the Acta Universi Hypothesis / Ноосфера как ускорение кайрос-времени в гипотезе Acta Universi

Abstract (English) Within the Acta Universi (AU) hypothesis the noosphere is interpreted as a planetary-scale phase transition in the entropy field of thought-forms SΘS_\ThetaSΘ. When the integrated information Φ\PhiΦ of the biosphere exceeds a critical threshold, collective thought-forms begin to dominate the dynamics of the field. The resulting rapid growth of theta-entropy accelerates Kairos-time relative to ordinary chronological time. This acceleration provides a unified account of the observed speeding-up of historical and technological change, offers a possible resolution of the Fermi paradox (advanced civilisations become “invisible” in electromagnetic channels while remaining active in the non-local AU archive), and generates a non-negligible contribution to the effective cosmological constant. The noosphere thus appears not merely as a philosophical concept but as a concrete physical regime linking the evolution of planetary consciousness with the large-scale dynamics of the Universe. Keywords: Acta Universi; noosphere; Kairos-time; theta-entropy; integrated information; phase transition; Fermi paradox; dynamical dark energy; collective consciousness; technological singularity.
