Lyna-Torsion: An Exploratory Heuristic Coupling Between Geometric Torsion, the Fine-Structure Constant, and Hydrodynamic Dissipation in Turbulent Stellar Media

Abstract: The Navier-Stokes regularity problem remains a fundamental open question in mathematical fluid dynamics. This paper does not attempt to resolve it. Instead, it introduces the Lyna-Torsion (ΨL) construction: a heuristic, non-linear recurrence relation coupling a geometric torsion path integral, the fine-structure constant α, and a bounded dissipation term B(H). We present the mathematical formalism, a discrete implementation, a sensitivity analysis on the normalization constant, and a preliminary numerical evaluation on a small sample of Gaia astrometric sources. Note on this version: This record includes the revised text along with the companion Python scripts and Jupyter notebooks ensuring full computational transparency regarding the numerical evaluations and parameter sensitivities.
