A Trek on the Quadratic Surface X2+2y=z3

Abstract This paper is concerned with the problem of obtaining non-zero distinct integer solutions to the quadratic surface given by the homogeneous ternary second degree polynomial equation X2+ 2y = 3z2. Employing linear transformations, different patterns of integer solutions to the considered quadratic surface are obtained.
