The Nearby Star Formation and Supernova Histories Reconstructed from Young Star Clusters: cluster samples and supernova map
Data accompanying Swiggum et al. (2026), The Nearby Star Formation and Supernova Histories Reconstructed from Young Star Clusters. The cluster catalog contains 606 young clusters, including the 325-cluster local subset, with Hunt catalog parameters, adopted bulk velocities, Chronos ages and present-day masses, inferred initial masses, and uncertainties. The supernova catalog contains 159,061 reconstructed core-collapse supernova event samples across 100 alternative histories spanning the past 100 Myr. The README provides the column definitions for both files.
